Identified Problem:

We recognise a significant challenge in the change management industry: the commoditisation of change management services and methodologies. This often results in:

• A "one-size-fits-all" approach, which may not align with the unique needs of each organization and the specific nature of their changes.

• Lack of innovative and customised strategies in change management services.

• Over-standardization that overlooks the unique aspects of different types of changes, whether it's implementing SharePoint or Advanced Warehouse Management Systems, thereby failing to tailor the

change management approach accordingly.

Our Approach to Addressing This Problem:

While we aspire to address all issues within the realm of change management for digital transformations, our current focus is on leveraging the Microsoft stack. With our extensive experience in delivering superior change management solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 domain, we are developing a specialized change management framework tailored specifically for Dynamics 365 implementations.
